The Vaulters of the Northwest Spring Fest is a major annual fund raising activity for the organizing club(s), which are run as 501.C.3 non-profits. The funds raised go toward club activities and expenses such as buying, training and caring for vaulting horses as well as sending Vaulters to national level competitions. Also many volunteers put in hundreds of hours before, during and after the competition weekend to make the whole Fest experience possible.

To show our appreciation for our sponsors and volunteers, we have established a Sponsorship & Volunteer Program several levels of recognition.

Sponsorship Levels

"Thanks" -- Time & Effort (minor) or $1-$24 (cash or in kind), one line acknowledgment in "Thank-You" section of printed program and on VoNW.org website;

"Trot Level" -- Time & Effort (moderate) or $25-$49, up to three line acknowledgment in "Thank-You" section with phone, e-mail and/or web address in printed program and on VoNW.org website, single name & contact announcement over PA;

"Canter Level" -- Time & Effort (significant / >4hrs) or $50-$99, Business card size ad in printed program, one paragraph listing in Sponsors section VoNW.org website, multiple name & contact announcement over PA;

"Copper Level" -- $100-$249, half page ad in printed program, three paragraph listing with one logo / photo in Sponsors section VoNW.org website, Class Sponsor: choice of single class sponsorship (announcement and hand out awards for class), multiple name & contact announcement over PA;

"Bronze Level" --$250-$749 (cash) or >$250 (in kind), full page, Class Sponsorships: announcement and hand out awards for any three class(es), hourly sponsor written announcement over PA (<20 sec), reserved VIP seating for two;

"Silver Level" -- $750-$999 (cash only), two page spread, small banner, announcement and hand out awards for any unsponsored class(es) on Saturday or Sunday, Dinner for two Saturday evening at local restaurant with Judge and show secretary, frequent sponsor written announcement over PA (<20 sec), reserved "box" seating for six.

"Gold Level" -$1000-$2000 (cash only), four page spread, large banner, announcement and hand out awards for all unsponsored classes on Saturday and Sunday, Dinner for four Sunday evening at local restaurant with Judge and show secretary, frequent sponsor written announcement over PA (<20 sec), reserved "box" seating for eight, name & logo on parking signs, small name & logo on event t-shirts;

"Platinum Level" -- >$2000 (cash only), four page full color spread, large banner, announcement and hand out awards for any unsponsored class Saturday or Sunday, Dinner for four Sunday evening at local restaurant with Judge and show secretary, frequent sponsor written announcement over PA (<20 sec), reserved "box" seating for ten, name & logo on welcome signs, large name & logo on event t-shirts, small private reception room.
