As the orginizers of the Vaulters of the Northwest Spring Fests, we would like to invite everyone who took photos and/or video of our competitions to share their works with the vaulting community.

With free services like Flickr and YouTube it is getting easier and easier for everyone to share their photos and videos online.  And all of the registered participants at our competition have given their permission to post images from our fest on the Internet.

  1. So if you'd like to participate in our photo and video shearing project all you have to do is the following:

  2. Download  your photos and videos to your computer.

  3. If you don't already have an account with services like Flickr (photos) and/or YouTube (video), you'll need to register (free accounts are available). Flickr is a service of Yahoo, so if you already have a YahooID signing up with Flickr is very easy.  Signing up with YouTube requires filling in a short web form and an e-mail verification.

  4. Upload your photos and/or video to the web. If you have your own website with plenty of storage and bandwidth you can alternately up load your images there. If you use a service like Flickr or YouTube be sure to include "Vaulting" and "VoNW-SF-07" as tags with your photos or videos and be sure to make them Public.

  5. E-mail the link (URL) for your photos and videos to sharing(at)VoNW.org.
[Note that I've replaced the @ with (at) to fool the spam robots.]

Once I receive the links I'll post the photos and videos in the Photos and Videos section of our VoNW.org web site.  From there everyone can find them including Marianne Rose, publisher of Vaulting World.
